Hi Im Liana Werner-Gray, I created The Earth Diet in 2009 after I hit rock bottom with my health and healed a tumor, chronic fatigue, parasites and digestive issues naturally.

I was born in Perth, Western Australia, and at 3 years old moved to Alice Springs. The majority of my upbringing was here, which is right in the center of Australia, called Outback Australia. I absolutely loved it because I was surrounded by nature and it was so beautiful, the stars at night were so bright! I went to an aboriginal school. From a young age, we were taken on school excursions and learned a lot from the indigenous people on how to survive in nature and how to find water and bush tucker (food). I was fascinated how the indigenous people lived! Now I bring their wisdom to the world, the indigenous way.

The 10 Earth Diet Principles  

 
The Earth Diet is relatively simple in principle. This lifestyle replaces all ultra processed ingredients with ingredients that Earth naturally provides.
 
1. Eat more whole foods, as much as possible everyday! 
2. Eat the foods that God provides naturally: vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, organic grains and for the meat eaters clean grass-fed and pasture raised meat, organic chicken, turkey, eggs and wild-seafood.
3. Do not eat refined sugar. Stick to natural sugars like fruits, honey and maple syrup. 
4. ⁠Do not eat genetically modified organisms (GMO’S). 
5. ⁠Do not eat seed oils like canola, soybean and vegetable oils. Stick to natural oils the three best are: olive, coconut and avocado. 
6. ⁠Do not eat conventional dairy. If you choose to eat dairy make sure it’s organic.
7. ⁠Do not eat conventional gluten. If you choose to eat gluten make sure it’s organic.  
8. ⁠Once you have done a natural makeover in your pantry, switch to natural products for your skincare, household products and even sofa and mattresses. 
9. ⁠Use organic produce that is locally grown as much as possible. Ideally grown your own garden. Then you will eat seasonally which is the healthiest way you can eat and this ensures it’s grown with zero pesticides! 
10. ⁠Start the day with liquid chlorophyll whether a fresh green juice, green smoothie, green powder in water or a liquid chlorophyll supplement. This is for cellular detox and protection. Daily greens is the most important to get in.
