Coconut milk

Ingredients:
1 fresh coconut, both the liquid and the
meat
Actions:
1. Bust a hole open in the coconut and drain
the liquid into a blender.
2. Crack the coconut completely open and
scrape out the white coconut pulp flesh and
add to the blender.
3. Blend on high speed until a smooth
creamy coconut milk is achieved.
Suggestion:
Add a dash of Himalayan salt.
