Master Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:
1 cup hemp milk or coconut milk
3/4 frozen banana
1 1/2 cups ice
2 tablespoons organic SunButter or almond
butter
1/2 teaspoon spirulina
1 handful of spinach or kale
1 scoop Nutiva vanilla-flavored plant protein
(or any protein powder made from anything
but
rice)
1/2 teaspoon flax meal or seeds
1 teaspoon MCT oil

Actions:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until
the mixture reaches a smooth consistency.
Pour into
a glass, drink, and enjoy!
