Mixed Greens Salad with Sweet & Spicy Vinaigrette

Serves: 1
Ingredients:
- 4 cups arugula
- 1 avocado sliced into wedges
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 3/4 cup mung bean sprouts
Dressing
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp. chili flakes
- 1 tsp. Bragg Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. Nutiva MCT Oil
- 2 tsp. monkfruit sweetener (or honey)
Instructions:

In bowl, arrange salad ingredients over arugula.

In cup, mix together all dressing ingredients until well combined. Pour over salad.
