Gluten-Free Prawn & Pesto Pasta
Total Time: 25 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
Pesto
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp. pine nuts
- 2 Tbsp. walnuts
- 1/4 cup Bragg Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. Redmond Real Salt Ancient Sea Salt
Prawns
- 16 prawns
- 2 Tbsp. Nutiva Organic Coconut Oil with Buttery Flavor
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
Instructions:

Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.

Meanwhile, in blender, combine pesto ingredients; blend well.

In frying pan over medium heat, heat buttery coconut oil and garlic. Cook prawns 4 to 5 minutes, until cooked through. Stir in 1 tablespoon pesto.

Toss together spaghetti and pesto; combine with prawns.

Garnish with fresh basil and lemon.
