Sunflower Butter Energy Balls

Instructions

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except shredded coconut. If mixture is dry, add more SunButter or water.
  2. Form small balls and roll in shredded coconut.
  3. Store in refrigerator until ready to snack.

Ingredients: 

1-1/2 cups paleo baking flour

1 scoop Nutiva Organic Plant Protein Superfood Smoothie Vanilla

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

2-1/2 Tbsp. PRI Manuka Honey 5+

5 Tbsp. water

1/8 tsp. Redmond Real Salt

1 Tbsp. Nutiva MCT Oil

2 Tbsp. SunButter

2 Tbsp. hemp seeds

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp nutmeg

1/8 tsp cardamom
